LOL! Between the sub and headphone enthusiasm we share, we just need to be happy our significant others understand

Ps- hifiguy, wait until you hear the new Senn HD700's- they pretty amazing

Sennheiser was suppose to send me a review unit, but I haven't heard back since the last time. I am on the fence on it because I already have the HD600 & HD800. I am very interested in the new Denon D7100.

Actually, would love to get 2 of the larger ones for my 2 chnl set up as well got to try to hit my bonus LOL

Ps, first time im using the iphone app, really cool!
Ivan can make that dream come true. He did it for me, and yes the quad JL f113's are very happy in my system. One of the best purchases I've made. Everyone here, were spot on with their recommendation of JL! The performance far far exceeds their value. JL could charge twice as much as they do, and still have a bargain product. I LOVE THEM!

I don't know about twice as much for JL Audio. But they are the bees knees.

I have a Cerwin Vega Horn loaded pro Sub, The EL 36 "Earthquake" I bought it when I had this idea of an all horn system. It delivers the sound pressure required. It's HUGE! PM me (my wife wants it to go!)

In the end I opted for two JL Audio F113s, similar performance in a MUCH MUCH smaller integrated package. Integrated means amp, auto room eq and sub in one box.

If you are a DIY guy, start looking for extreme displacement woofers. Most of these are car audio, but there are a few built for HT. I built a Tumult 15" sub a few years back, and it makes scary bass. Unfortunately the company that made that driver is no longer in business.

I recently took delivery of 2 x F113s with Legend Audio's custom SA stands. The combination is awesome. When mounted & spiked, they are ever so M U S I C A L. Not to mention they deliver serious sound pressure. I love them dialed at below<40Hz.

If all you want is a LFE rumble box that can pump good air, go for a 2nd hand Dali 15". You will find them cheap.
