Default Suggestion for strap for XT-1

There seem to be plenty of Fuji fans and I am looking for a new strap for my XT-1. I will need a neck/shoulder strap.
Thanks.

I just took my "upstrap" off of my canon and will try it on the Fuji. I love the upstrap - it keeps the camera on the shoulder.

Not a fan at all of the Upstrap (sorry, Jim). I find the gripper portion to be really stiff and uncomfortable, and it is very difficult to pack away in a camera bag because it doesn't really fold up, its just a big stiff piece of nibbed rubber. You might try a (canvas) Domke Gripper strap. I use a soft canvas LowePro Street & Field strap that I bought years ago that is like the Domke Gripper, but it is a little wider, and covered with much more of the same anti-slip natural rubber as the Domke, just a lot more of it. I like it very much, it is very soft and supple, it folds up in the camera bag very easily and it absolutely will not slip off your shoulder, but it's not a big stiff piece of rubber like the Upstrap. I would REALLY like to find another, but have not been able to. It's been out of production for some years now. You might think about an Optech; they make some that are quite grippy but also soft to wear as the foam rubber is very pliable. The stock strap that comes with the X-T2 is actually quite good, so I have that on my X-T1 now. I am using Peak Design Anchor Links to connect my straps to the body, which are nice because they don't take up much space on the camera body, and you can clip/unclip them from the strap quickly and easily. Just do a search for 'em.

Perfect. Thanks, Stephen.
Have you tried any of their straps?

Oops. Not real clear. It seems neither you nor my wife can read my mind.

The peak designs straps. They go with the anchor points.

You're correct, I can't read your mind!

I don't recommend the Peak Design straps themselves as they do not have anti-slip material on them. I just use their Anchor Links. I would recommend getting an Optech strap that has 3/8" wide strap ends that you can put through the Peak Design Anchor Links.
