I added three regular Venom 3's to my system today. My first high end power cord. Right out of the box I notice deeper bass extension. Dealer told me to expect further improvements in the weeks ahead. Pretty impressed so far...

For the money, they are great cords.

It probably won't take that long; it my experience, they burn in in a few days.

Improved bass is something I've always noticed with Shunyata power cords. It's even more pronounced as you move up the line.

I only wish I could find one longer than 2 meters. I hate to get the 10 foot one. My power amp (one stereo amp) had to move closer to an outlet due to the short length.

At a loss why bass is better, I'll just enjoy the results and not worry about it.

You can get the 2M extension cord and and it to the 1.5 meter standard cord for a 3.5 meter cord. Guess that's close to 10 feet, though.

Ended up getting another Venom 3 to swap out stock cord on my DAC. Up to 3 now in my system. Thought about the Venom 3 source but Music Direct is selling demo V3's for $99 so went with that. While I'm generally not a power cord guy the V3 just seems to make a lot of sense to me. Better than stock cords and not priced too crazy.
