Yamaha NS-5000
For the past six months I've been looking at the Yamaha NS-1000 speakers
since they offer very good near field imaging that suits my awkward room. It's interesting that there is going to be a new offering on sale next year, the next step in the evolution of those earlier speakers, the NS-5000. Mono and Stereo High-End Audio Magazine: Yamaha NS-5000 next generation flagship speakers NEW YAMAHA/ƒXƒs[ƒJ[/NS-5000(ƒyƒA) ‚‹‰ƒI[ƒfƒBƒI,ƒsƒ…ƒAƒI[ƒfƒBƒIê–å“X -OTAIAUDIO- They got some interesting mid and tweeter designs to minimize resonance at the back of the drivers and flatten their response. They certainly look the part and I'll be keen to audition them. . . . . .
