NO energy drinks here but I did drink up to 7 cups of coffee a day up until recently...

Now down to 2 a day or even none... Quit smoking 7 months ago too!

No energy drinks for me either. The only brands I ever heard of are Red Bull and 5 hour energy because of their tv ads.

I do consume coffee. Decaf during the workday and hi-test afterward.

If you were going to take anything you need to look to the body building world like Labrada, he is an expert and has great products based of amino acids and NO boosters that are not drugs, caffeine and have no side effects and let downs.

Stay with a good B Complex 50-100 mg release and you are good to go.

bladder issues are long tome issues with the so called energy drinks...

No, but I reckon there is at least 1 extreme tree planter here!

How many cups of coffee a day do you think is safe though? I hope 2-4 is not too much...

Apparently 80-100 cups can kill you.
