I was curious what you use with your Shindo system because the Kondos receive much praise from owners of tube amplifiers with low wattage like yours. I plan to make an A-B comparison (well, sort of) with the Straight Wires and the Kondos soon and then decide between them.
Just curious, what is the list price on Kondo silver ICs?

Alberto, as usual, GREAT POST. Particularly this line:

If your system gives you a daily dose of thrills and enjoyment, if you can't wait to start a listening session and can't stand to end one, then your system is right for you:

Awesome taste in music, too.

Not sure. They have just introduced the next generation. The last generation of the top line was around USD 3,600 per stereo metre, I think.

Alberto - have you tried the Auditorium 23's speaker cables? I think they would be amazing in your system.

Ouch, the Shindo cables are a relative bargain then.

Barr,

That's an exceptionally generous offer, and it's really appreciated. But please don't go unplugging your speakers ... I think when the time comes, Matt and I will work something out .

Whatta guy.

You gotta love the spirit of collaboration on AA.

Alberto -

Fair enough but my offer still stands, I can make do for a week with more run of the mill speaker cables if so required....you know how it is, what goes around, comes around...
