I, frankly, thought it was one of the worst sounding rooms at the show. It had “wow” imaging, but it was very thin and delicate. Sometimes harsh, too.

I heard the prototypes (Revel F228Be) at RMAF and they sounded fantastic. Big, Dynamic and smooth. I hope the production models are still as impressive.

band-width audio was the sleeper of the show. amazing hand-wired tube amps. this was the room i enjoyed the most by a large margin.

Any photos of hand-wired tube amps there would be appreciated. I love seeing the dedication and accuracy of the work. A picture to behold.

they are indeed a work to behold. their amps remind me of those from the smaller makers in japan such as yamamoto, almarro, air tight, etc. which have exceptional performance and are a good value. also, the point-to-point wiring rather than circuit boards means they can be serviced forever, thereby, providing a lifetime of enjoyment.
