C2300 front buttons not working

OK, so I'm having the above issue again and resetting the microprocessors is not taking care of it. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Everything seems to work fine but I can't see what the Input source is or where the Volume is at.

The red power button on the C2300 is spring loaded and can come for lack of a better term, ‘unhinged’. I had to fix mine once and had instructions from Ryan at Audio Classics. I will see if I can dig them up. It was not hard.

Start by unplugging it and removing the top...
