Yes, that would be about right for comparison. Go for it, with the Pass gear they should sound fantastic. I've heard Pass many times in the last two months, I think it would be a great combo. Just don't go listening to D'Agostino amps as you will be upgrading once again!

Very much Mike! I've been down in the theater and listening the hours away to my favorite music many nights since the new year. Always a good sign in my book when you don't want the listening sessions to end. If you ask the family they would probably have a different opinion....

If you liked and enjoyed your Sasha's, you will love the Alexia. They do everything Sashas did but better! This is really the best way I can describe it. The Alexia will sound very familiar yet you will instantly hear how much more the Alexia is capable of. With a good amp they will amaze you with even better dynamic prowess, even deeper, more authoritative bass, even better focus and imaging overall. The mids are gorgeous, it is a real treat to listen to vocals and more intimate acoustic recordings. The new tweeter does not lose any upper detail and air but is a bit more relaxed in overall response, in the sense it is just a bit more forgiving. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed trading up to Alexia if the extra $$$ doesn't bother you.
Thanks for the update! My friend heard them last week and said they are the best speakers Wilson has ever made! Wow!

I would probably reserve that statement for the XLF! I have yet to hear it but based on the feedback I have no doubt the XLF presents things on an even grander scale with an even more visceral impact and realism... I am however very happy my room would not accommodate the XLF to their full potential or I would be itching to spend the crazy amount of $$$ to get a pair.....

If jap asked off AA, how come it shows that he's been banned?

Perhaps it's the only way to remove someone (even if they asked to be removed) while keeping their comments they posted visible?

Just my guess...

Hi Deb;

I received a note yesterday from Larry that they ship Jan 25th.. I have one challenge in that I am traveling. They will be set-up while I'm gone. I am looking forward to being home to listen to them especially after reading Serge's comments.
