Your dealer must LUV you Serge.

You have had the Sophia's for less than 2 months and all ready upgrading

I wonder how long the Sasha's will last before you move up the chain again

Enjoy dude

Interesting to see that the logo shows they are the Sasha W/P.

I have a call in to the local Wilson Dealer to see when he will have the Sasha's paired with both the Krell and McIntosh amps he carries.
I can easily audition them again with Krell since my dealer had a pair of EVO 400's in the same room and share my impressions if you want. McIntosh would be difficult for me to audition so do share your findings with us when you get a chance.

The Wilsons have always been on my list, the Maxx and certainly now the Sasha (I would be lying if I said I am not, having owned the 6's and then the 7's).

For now till 2010, my Acapellas will be the ones .... and until I can convince the local rep here to have an A/B in my new home between the Sasha and the Acapella's, I would not just go and buy - something of a bad habit I had before!

Once again, I am so happy for you (and seriously, do have some envy ...) on the new Sasha you are going to own! Ok, Ok, I just need to have my head screw up in place before I plonk away the cash I just banked in after selling off some of my watches!

Cheers!
Thanks Jerry. I agree, you really should get to hear them for yourself because you know we all have our preference. I do really do like the "new sound of Wilson" with the Sasha unless of course the MXR had such a strong sonic signature that it made them sing in a different voice.

I'll go back and listen some more on Monday with different amps to get more insight into this. My long term plan is to try them with my Lamm's at home and if I don't get the same synergy, I may have to pick up a pair of MXRs since I loved the way they made music together. I have a feeling the Lamm's will also be great with the Sasha but we'll see.

I consider the amps/speakers a "system" within a "system" since proper pairing is a "must" to get proper synergy and being able to drive the speaker to satisfaction after which the rest of the components can easily fall into place.

I have a symbiotic relationship with my dealer. Hmm, I don't know, maybe when the Maxx 4 comes out...

[QUOTE=Masterlu;21677]I see someone named Alexandria in your Future!

That would be difficult for me to do since my new room will be 16x26x10, they really do need a bit more space. Awesome speakers though.

I noticed the W/P under Sasha; I guess he got tired of the Watt puppy version 43 scenario and decided to start naming the new iteration of the Watt puppy something different; if it is the new Watt Puppy...
