I have a pair of rare Denon POA-S10 monoblocks, EU 230v edition. The (fixed) power chord has been upgraded to Furutech.

I have the original boxes & packaging & they are currently in storage. I'm not sure what to do with these anymore. Are they keepers or sellers?

Whoa! That's a collector's item for sure! Very nice pic. Do you have the rest of the S10 pieces?

More pics when we get back. I have quite a few photos of the internals. They are surprisingly great sounding amps & did drive the Dali Grands for awhile. So that is why I'm in two minds about letting them go. They would work well in a 2nd system. They could also do with a fuse upgrade.

No other S10 pieces.

Also have an old flagship AVC-A1SE+ boxed. This is another keeper for its classic looks & one of their few processors that has full analog multi-ch passthru.

Current line-up is the Denon AVP-A1HDA3DSP & POA-A1HDA. The 10ch amp is very versatile allowing for bi-amping & bridging to 500w per ch @ 4ohms. Makes for a great surround amp. Pics in my system thread.

I've always liked the Denon flagships for their robust build quality & reliability & could always be tempted to an SX player (230v) if one came on the market.

Still using my GOLD DVD5000 and GOLD AVR3600 purchased in Hong Kong in the late 90's. They love gold in Hong Kong!

Will post pics as soon as I figure that out.

I have had three generations of Denon AVR's which are now enjoyed in my bedroom and by my grown children. The first goes back 11 years and are just as good as they were new. All three were made in Japan and not China. I have to explain to them how to set up the AVRs as the manual was just gosh awful and the remotes not much better. The units themselves are excellent. I have moved on to Mc but still have a warm spot for the older Denon.

Smile Denon Gear

Hi. I am new to the forums. Great site. Great to be here.

Here is part of my Denon gear. 2 POA3000RGs in monoblock configuration (that drive my Magneplanars). Also have a DCDS1 CD Player with separate DA S1 D/A converter.
