Fully loaded with the M-sport suspension package. Handling is quite reminiscent of the 2002 (with another 100hp).

hey Glenn, how about a couple more pics of your new toy !

Would take it outside and do it now............ but it is in snow camo so you wouldn't see it. Once it warms up in the next couple of days I'll click a couple.

OK......... here you go. Got it all dirty with these wet/salty roads. Sure do like the handling, comfort and that buttery-smooth 230hp straight-6 that redlines @ 7,000rpm. Plus, enough trunk to go to the grocery store (as in the pic).

Indeed............. as it seems we now live in the tropics, moisture-wise (record 68"+ of rain last year) one doesn't have nearly the opportunity to both drive and keep their vehicle nice and shiny looking. The first 3-mon of this year have been no different. On the upside, the BMW has been a great little sports car. The silky-smooth straight-6 is a terrific engine mated with a typically precise BMW chassis. The fact that the 1-series weighs ~300# less than its 3-series siblings also helps.

Gorgeous. I had a ‘76 in white and loved it, although the Lucas electrical curse plagued me at times.
