Default Sonus faber, a new extraordinary project is coming to life...

Seems, they are starting to reveal the bits in series:

Is it the same product they teased us with before ?

They seem to move away from the Elipsa/Strad form factor. The Strad are not even on the home page and they are down the list in the product sections ... That's a shame as they are great speakers.

If they are discontinuing the Strad, then there is a gap in the product line and that new product might be what they will fill it with.

Hi Bill,

I know it's still on the catalog but it looks like it's being put on the back burner. Same thing for the Elipsa.

I was just speculating that like the Cremona were replaced by the Olympica, maybe they will replace the Elipsa/Strad with a new product.

That's just me speculating in the dark

There is also some room, price wise, between the Aida and the Strad... Like for a $75k speaker but I don't know if it really makes sense

Elipsa SE is alive and well. So is Stradivari. Sumiko tries to keep both in stock.

Hardly hear anything about the Elipsa se on forums. Olympia seems to be the buzz at least lately

Olympica is the new guy replacing Sonus fabers most successful range ever. It was bound to garner more buzz
