Yes it was only the first run and it was not an issue with any of the DVD players we tested but has shown up depending on the ancillary equipment being used by our customers.

I am sure we will find more incompatibilities as we go forward but fortunately the software can be modified as we go.

Yes I get about an email a week from customers who tell me that they can not believe how much better the BDP and BDA sounds compared to what they thought was a state of the art system they already had.

It really does make a difference !

Hi James,

The stand is from Solid Tech. A Swedish company. You can build it almost how you want to have it in modules. My serie is called "Radius". I saw them on some pictures in some report from CES recently. They have newer more "high tech" series too. Fantastic quality.
