I used to be a real coffee purist, buying the most exotic brands/blends I could find, grinding the beans fresh every morning, brewing the coffee in the excellent Kitchen Aid Pro Line coffee maker, good to the last drop, as it were. . .
Then I discovered the wonder of the single cup (K Cup) Keurig coffee maker. No grinding, no brewing, just pop in the K cup, pull down the handle and voila, a perfect cup of coffee - every time. Selection of over a hundred brands and varieties. Folks, this thing makes good coffee. I now have 4 of the machines, one in the kitchen, one in the pool house/music room, one at my lake house and one at our house in the Tennessee mountains. Three of the machines are the Keurig brand and the last one I bought was made by Cuisinart.  = - - - - -  I still use a bean grinder and drip type coffee maker when I'm serving a crowd, but when I want a cup for myself, it is the Keurig every time. Not only are these machines extraordinarily convenient, but they make good coffee.

 Where are all you Canucks out there??? Coffee, freshly ground, stong and black.. Every morning without fail. If I have to buy coffee, its Tim Horton's coffee, same way,.. strong and black.

coffee is my favorite drink and admit i drink way too much of it. I prefer Seattle's Best "Henry's Blend", named after a cat that lived at the warehouse.
a good cappu and mocha's are a treat too. iced coffee's up here are called frapachino's ..and for those, i use big train products.. Hbar
