That room just looks like a lot of fun is had in there.
I really like the SRV/Pearl Jam/Rolling Stones artwork, not to mention what looks like a superb lp collection.

Beautiful, Jason. Looks like it was made for that spot.

You will be happy with that turntable when you replace the stock cartridge with the Concerto V2. I like the Concerto cart, it will sound 10x better than what you getting now.

Plus, change the stock FEET, and don't waste your $$ on the Talisman V2 cart.

Jason, and even Ivan recommended it, the Ortofon Windfeld. It gives a more tube/warm sound. I love it so much, we got married lol. No, seriously, a brilliant addition to the MT10.

I wouldn't waste my money on a Talisman V2. I already own it....the Mc stock cart is the cream of the crop Talisman V2, meaning the Tv2 that bench test the best, top 10% or so, go to the Mc table. This was documented in these forums by vintage bob few years ago via direct conversations with Clearaudio.

I can easily see myself moving up the Clear line at some point. Right now i am content with the new presentation this new table and stock cart is giving me compared to my old Scoutmaster.

When I do upgrade, I will likely bypass Concerto and head straight for Stradivari or DaVinci. GFS will likely proof to rich for me but never say never. Real world consideration is I want whatever cart I go with to mate well with the arm and be easy to set up.

In the meantime, I own a Benz LP-S, with low hours. It's a world class cart in its own right. Might hire my local vinyl guru to install it on the MT10.

One of our European AA members has the MT10 + LP-S combination and is very pleased with the results.
