Ayre QX-5 Twenty to be announced @ Munich 2016

I am interested in MQA, but probably will not renew my "music collection".
But would like the option when Tidal starts using MQA.

I did buy a Meridian Explorer 2 to give it a try, but with this device I am not fully convinced of MQA yet, on the other hand I did not expect a 300,- Euro device to outplay my Chord Hugo, and it didn't. (Audeze LCD-X Headphone used)

I am mailing my Empirical DAC today to a lucky guy. I will get the QX5 unless I fall in love with another which is highly unlikely. I like what the Ayre will do and spoke with someone who's very familiar with a broken in one and he said it's a world beater. Not in the DCS vein, but said it's not far off either. It offers a ton and I was told the headphone amp is much better than the Codex. Don't know on that, but I am going to get the Melco and use it exclusively as my NAS. I do wish it had at least 6 to 8 GB of memory. Blackstone, can't wait to read your new thread. Thanks.
