Out of the box.....beautiful sound. The seamless match with the Evo's is like nothing I've heard in a LCR config. I'll need to redo my MX151 (room perfect), to get her really singing, but that will come in a day or two.

Like the Evo's, the build quality and craftsmanship is unreal. The integrated stand is really versatile. Depending on the height and location, it's interchangeable depending on a shelf mount or floor mount.

As more time is logged, I'll report. Very very pleased and very grateful. Thanks Ivan.

Number 20 that's one of the first ever made !

I thought it was bigger but actually it's the perfect size. Now it's time to put the Evo as surround and get some Futura's in the front

When it looks that good - it almost does not matter how it sounds.

I have Stravidari for fronts and have tried few center speakers. I currently use Paradigm C5 v3 which is a rather robust speaker. However, I still feel it is the weak link in my L/C/R.

At this point, I am not concerned about matching tone, timber, etc. with Strads. But, I feel C5 doesn't have that big sound presence that Strads can produce. For example, I tried "virtual" center mode (when I had Anthem D2V) and Strads produced more solid center presence. But it didn't have the soundstage that a dedicated center can produce. I'm wondering if VOX would give me that satisfying big center sound.

I am very curious about hearing more thoughts on how VOX sounds - how it pairs with other Homage line, how it compares with other higher end centers from other brands, etc. B&W HTM1D comes to mind when I think of big centers...

The VOX has a little time on her now. Out of the box was great, but now that I have 100+ hours on it, it's awesome. I can't say how it compares to many others out there, but compared to my old Klipsch Palladium, it blows it away. It's truly a match made in heaven with the EVO's. I think it is designed to matte well with the entire homage line, and the voicing is spot on aligned with the EVO's. Futuras are next, and the evo's will become my surrounds. I pinch myself every time I look at it. By far one of the nicest looking speakers on the planet, imho.
