I've spoken with Wayne Colburn on several occasions over the phone. I find him to be a very nice and a professional guy. Pass Labs is a very friendly company to me.

Pass Labs is GREAT on the phone.

Kent English helped me set up my XVR1 crossover, and you need assistance the first time you set it up in a three way or more-way configuration because it is not the same as setting up a two way because you will be using bandpass mode for even better performance.

Desmond Harrington was instrumental during my decision to buy the XA160.5's (he talked me out of the 200.5's). He answered all my questions and steered me in the right direction for what was best for my room with my speakers.

My dealer helped answered a number of my questions as well - including following up after 10 days, 30 days, 60 days, etc. (he must have calendar reminders because they were always right on the day!)

And....just yesterday, I received a nice email from Nelson Pass himself.

THAT my friends...is customer service!
