New Favorite IPA
Green Flash Brewing Co
"West Coast IPA" Utterly balanced and flavorful, without the palate numbing hop level of others. Marketed as "extravagantly hopped" though this is all about balance. Simply delicious. Anybody else try this one? It's from San Diego, but just entered the Minneapolis market in the past couple of months.

I would describe it very much the same as you describe the West Coast IPA - very nicely balanced with great aromas and flavor! It keeps you wanting to drink more...

The Palette Wrecker is also one of my favorites from the west coast. My all time Fav is still Heady Topper by The Alchemist but you can only get it in Vermont and sometimes the Boston area. There are sometimes an oddball skid that gets closer to NJ and PA but rare. It is almost the same recipe as the Palette Wrecker but without that touch of sweetness. They have a one case limit now even after doubling their production last year. They brew 2 batches a week and sell completely out by Saturday each week. Luckily I have a friend with a condo in Stowe so they bring me a case when I need one, or I get it while up there with them.
