After having lifed with the Genalex Gold Lion tubes in the Lamm which give more warmth and glow than the stock tubes i did like them more in the beginning but after i added the wonderful Stealth Sakra V12 IC i heard more clearly what they do and thought they are not as correct sounding as i like it. So with the better front end EMM Labs XDS1 and Sakra V12 cables the most neutral sound i got with the Lamm stock tubes. So if you like a little more warmth, body, pseudoresolution, a certain halo-effect around instruments try the Genalex, they are nice sounding. If youn want right tonality and a little more precise bass stay with the stock tubes and find an improvment somewhere else in the chain. More tube rolling experience are welcome! Have fun listening!
