Never mind, I found the price. $15,000 for the amp, $7,000 for the pre.

I prefer the cosmetics of the MC275 VI and MC75 compared to the new MC2152.

Let's hope this means Mc will make another one-box analog only tube pre after this, though I wonder how strong the demand is vs something like the C2600.

The specs on the C70 and the current C22 are not that far off. I do like the C70...
Bummer you have to wait for the 70th to sell out 1st before they will sell the C70 separate. Could be 6 months +++ I bet....

Would have been nice if it was only 7k and 7k to commemorate the 70 number year for Anniversary and made 700 units

Is looking like a Prima Luna a positive thing? I think its a big negative. Think about this, most of us have standard shelves to place our equipment on, And with the increased depth of the 2152 where a 275 might fit a 2152 certainly will not if you want to see the controls and lettering. Its a good thing the unit can be turned off and on remotely with the control layout. The lit Lettering should have been placed on the side like 240's and 275's or at least the Chrome Mcintosh logo.

I always wondered what a “Blacked Out” MC 275 would look like. Smoked chrome chassis, gloss black lettering. Now I have a hint. I’ll have to one of these in person before making a judgement call.

I do prefer the looks of the C22, if I ever build a "vintage" system with my MR74, I'd want that reissue C22. It's nice to see Mc making products like the C70, even if they are (for now) limited edition. Sometimes being stuck in the past isn't a bad thing

I cannot find what will the difference be with the regular version of the pre-amp and amp. They will be the same, but won't have the mathced numbering on them? Am I right?
