McIntosh C2300 looking for a new home

For sale is my beloved C2300 preamp in excellent condition with all original accessories and package items. Item works flawlessly without any issue ever since it was hooked up. Overall it is in excellent cosmetic condition.

I am the 1st owner unit was bought new from local dealer in SF 4 yrs ago. Very Low hours original tubes. Remote control unit is still new and never used since I have an universal for all my gears. All original tubes have been pulled and stored, replaced with Goldlions and Telefunkens (not included) ever since it was hooked up. Asking for $4200 shipped to lower 48 States only. Pat.......If I am not mistaken, I think you meant you are selling your C2300 preamplifier, not MC2300. Am I correct? I can correct this for you if you wish.

Yes, please thank you so much for pointing out. It was a mistake and I am selling my C2300 preamp. I would appreciate that if you can correct the error. Thank you Dan.

C2300 believed to be the last two channel tube preamp model without on board DAC. Unlike the c2500 and C2600 are all build in, the c2300 should not be outdated and should keep up the value over time.

I bought a C2300 from a fellow AA'er earlier this year. I use it everyday, and like it more and more as time goes by. I really have no thoughts ever of wanting to replace it. It handles all genres of music equally well. The phono stage is lovely. I mention this in case someone out there is debating whether or not go for this one. I took a bit of a leap of faith when I committed to buying mine--in part because I'd been prejudiced against McIntosh by a couple audio dealers, and because I had not owned any McIntosh gear before. I have no regrets.

Thanks for the words. I am selling isn't what I don't like it but time to move on for other upper models. I need to correct my memory that in fact I have owned this unit since late 2012. All original mac tubes are being replaced since new with GLs and Tele. Love it till I found my dream C1000 Preamp.

I would like to let go this C2300 for $4000 shipped to Lower 48 states. Paypal fees excluded.
