Outside it does look beautiful, but the circuitry and layout is not too impressive.

Really ? I don't have electronic background so I can't tell.
But clever for half-width preamp body, so both can share expensive isolation platform.
Unlike LAMM's 4 full width chassis or XP30's 3.

It may sound great, but the wiring arrangement is kind of messy and has an amateurish look to it. I have never heard it myself so my comments are purely based upon its appearance. If you have a chance to audition it, give it a try and let us know!
