For $1500 - not a chance.

The best upgrade for the c2300 is to add some telefunken 12ax7's. Brings it up another level from the sk tubes.

Btw, try the delos loaded higher than 100 ohms

I have teles in the phono stage now along with Psvane Treasures in the line stage. I tried the Delos at higher than 100 ohms and kept returning to the 100 ohm setting. What do you load your Kleos at?

I have also tried various, (80, 100, 200, 450, 800, 1K, 47K) loading settings on my Delos and always came back to the 100 ohm setting. I talked to Jonathan Carr and he recommends the 100 ohm setting too. My friend has a Kleos and he loads his at around 100 ohms.

With the tele's, it should sound very good. Mullards are good as well if you find the teles a bit too transparent - like anything its a balance. Not heard the Psvanne's.

I load mine at 470 ohms on the Pioneer HZ-1 and 500 ohm on the TW Acustik. This coincides with Lyra's detailed chart in their manual of the cap of your cable with the so called perfect loading - around 500 ohms.

The Delos is voiced a bit different to the Kleos with more treble sparkle. If you have tried over 100 ohms and it does not work for you, that is all you can do as everyone's system balance is different.

cheers

I'm surprised no one mentioned the ASR Mini Basis, it sounds very musical, with an engaging warmth and naturalness without sounding syrupy and slow
