The iPad app is weak, too.

Dan, it would take a lot of bandwidth over wireless to run the full fledged SoolooS GUI... (not to mention probably suck dry the battery of the maxiPad very quickly).

E.......It seems to me a wireless 802.11n connection could support the bandwidth and speed. The 802.11n networks operate at up to 70 Mbps, or up to 70 times faster than 802.11g.

a/b can each run 54mbps. N can run 108, theoretically (54 in each direction). However, as one that runs each band of wireless in multiple sites, and on some nice equipment, too, I can say that those speeds are the absolute peak, assuming you have a near-vacuum environment from interference.
Realistic streaming & constant thruput speeds are significantly slower in the real world - hence why we still use hardwired networks.
