I'll +1 Kal's idea, too. Parasound Halo is certainly worthy of an audition.

If you can audition the Krell, go for it - but it will likely fall short of the competition.

Problem is I am unable to audition any units as Tucson doesn't have any high end shops

How does the parasound compare to Mac? I'm hearing the mac would match better to the B&Bs from one and then just as good from others. Again I can't audition.
