Ugh... last year was Peru <awesome>, this year is just a little bit of San Diego (races, possibly some deep fried 5-lb lobster in Puerto Nuevo), and then Maui in a month. So domestic this year.

Places on the bucket list are all over Spain. But I'd probably be pressured by a 'forced' hiatus in Tuscany and then Bordeaux (if I went to Europe and didn't go to those wine regions some winemaker friends would get very angry for not seeing their digs...)

May have to touch base with you regarding Peru -- possibility next year (Greece is out until the situation there improves -- had plans though of seeing the major sights and heading to an Island or two -- Mikonos, Thira, Ikaria -- know someone who is from the latter).

Spain has some great vinyards too (Costa Brava area is awesome).

^^^^ Peru expert. (also half-Peruvian)

Reach out any time. Our entire family trip was planned by me (and entirely paid for on points)! I'm quite a travel concierge it seems.

Let me know my itinerary and where to send the check -- 7 days, 6 nights, 5 stars (or 1 tent under the stars).

Default 2012 Concourse d' elegance

Carnelian Bay on Lake Tahoe. This years featured marque was the Riva Aquarama.
This was said to have the largest gathering of Riva's outside of Italy.
Ever.
I can't verify that. But I've got more if you want them.

We are headed to Napa for an extended weekend during harvest and our annual yachting excursion through the islands during the holidays.

Well my wife and I decided to skip or annual Hawaii trip this year so I have been looking for someplace relatively warm to take her. Since she has never been to SE Asia before we chose a Cruise that will depart out of Singapore, with stops in Bangkok, HCMC, Hue/Da Nang, Hanoi/Halong Bay and ending up in Hong Kong. We are adding a few extra day in Singapore at the beginning and Hong Kong at the end. Should be fun for her I hope.
