Not true, I'm 57 and I know a few guy's older than me that do this. You definitely need to be in pretty good shape, but I do know alot that are not, but still manage to get into the sport. You will definitely get an adreniline rush

Ever.
I can't verify that. But I've got more if you want them.
I have spent many happy hours on Rivas

You will see places most people never dreamed about.
Can't wait to see Zion!

When I need an adrenaline rush I sacrifice a rook in a chess game.

Seriously, way too out of shape to tackle a canyon. I need to get in shape first.

Recently got back from a 2-week trip to Brussels, Singapore & Hong Kong for work. I've lived in HK and spent at least several months in the other cities working on assignment. Been several years since in the Asian cities, and Singapore's got a bit more pizazz with the Marina Bay development, and Hong Kong just keeps taking "Hong Kong-ness" to new levels (no pun intended with the latest skyscrapers).

Would have loved to take 85-minute Thalys your way, let alone visit our Belgian comrades, Jerry & Howie, but alas, it was 12-hour work days plus keeping up with things in the "home" time zone...
