What do you Burmester folks think?

John
Burmester ic cables are very good or if you like can make a special order to Nordost. Nordost makes for Burmester amps a special cables (Y mono adaptors) that without "connection interruption" can go directly to the preamp. You can choose the Nordost cables and the related lenght that you prefer and personally I suggest the Nordost Valhalla or Odin if the budget allows.

Burmester gears with Nordost Valhalla / Odin is a superb match.

Best regards,
Rocco

Hi, Jeff.

I don't know the equipment suggest by your side and I think that at present stage in my country (Italy) It is not imported yet.

For what is my experience, I tested a lot of similar gears and with Burmester 948 the result is granted and spectacular.

The Burmester power conditioner 948 is really a masterpiece and I consider it a very stable component of my system.

Best regards,
Rocco

Personally I'm not fond of the burmester cable.. Too bright for my taste. I use shunyata aurora and cardas clear, but it can be very personal...

Hi, Jeff.

As starting point the Burmester cable working good at that price. Of course, there are other solutions but with higher price. As power cords Shunyata (Anaconda) matchs very well with Burmester gears. There're other very good cable's manufacture that are very synergic with Burmester, e.g. Nordost, Silent-Wire, Cableless...

Personally, i prefer the Nordost.

Best regards,
Rocco
