Mic Gillette founder of Tower of Power and Buffin founder of Mott the Hoople also passed away yesterday.
Interesting was the Mott/Bowie connection., Bowie being instrumental in helping Mott to it's success. Even giving them his song, All the Young Dudes which became their biggest hit. |
