Your photos are great. Looks like you are going to have to raise your fees and get along with fewer patients, that way you can sound more time listening to your set-up.

Good idea Jim !
I already made this for my adults lingual orthodontics ( invisible ) treatments.
Less people who pay more.
Will be able to do the same for kids in a few years I hope ....

Actually you will. Your McIntosh preamp has a pretty big power transformer inside. The phono signal is very delicate. Having it directly on top of something else with a big power supply isn't helping matters....
