Gosh, had I known I was missing out all these years. The Acoustic Revive RIO-5II utilizes Tourmaline to generate negative ions that bombard CD's placed atop the unit. The negative ions help eliminate static charges that build up on the disc, as well as enhancing video and audio quality. $695.00 puts one in your sound room.

But wait, if you really want to achieve premium results, pair the RIO-5II up with the Acoustic Revive RD-3 for maximum performance from your discs. Acoustic Revive RD-3 Disc Demagnitizer treats CD's to remove the electronic glare that magnetism causes. Wow. Add this to your order for just $450.00 extra. What a great stocking stuffer.

I had no idea. The Kemp Electronics SR (Schumann Resonance) Plug re-radiates the earth's natural electromagnetics into your listening room. This counteracts the Electromagnetic pollution radiated by your audio gear, appliances, cell phones, etc. When placed on the front wall, with the antenna extended upward along the wall between the speakers, the net effect is a deeper, richer more natural timbre, with more depth in the sound stage. Holly molly! At just $298.00 each, I should put one of these little wall wart thingy's in every room. It seems to me one can never get enough of the earth's natural electromagnetics.

No discussion of audio tweaks would be complete without the Acoustic Art Real-Time Analogue Room Treatment System at $2995.00. It is said Synergistic Research Acoustic ART will sonically expand the boundaries of your room, tighten up your bass, give you a wrap-around 3 dimensional sound, and NOT make your listening room look like a Naval radar testing facility. I think I will pass on the Hindu Temple look, too.

"ganef".....

Anyway, so he likes and uses a bunch of McIntosh gear. Is it because it sounds good or perhaps he just likes blue meters.

Never heard Hallographs used in a room. There are enough reviews that say they work. Don't see how anyone could cry bull$hit without doing a demo in their own room.......then make a statement on their performance or lack of.

A watt is a watt, but then again not......

I'm thinking, maybe I don't have enough ground. Wait! I just found what I have been searching for, the Acoustic Revive RGC-24 Ground Conditioner. It is said that the main body of the RGC-24 contains a blend of ores which carry a natural negative potential. By connecting the supplied cable to a component (like your preamp) and placing the "disk" underneath the same component, electric fields and potentials will be drawn away from the equipment into the RGC-24, yielding and excellent "virtual" grounding effect. Even in an environment where ground is already optimized, you can improve upon the sound quality more with the Acoustic Revive RGC-24. It just keeps improving S/N ratio and sound image more and more. Just $595.00 each. I'll need 14. I may have to wait a while.
