I've been working my way through the Jack Reacher series. I've done five, and I'm not sure it's worth more. A good read on a plane when nothing better to do. But, same old same old.

I am reading the third and last installment of Ken Follett's Century trilogy "Edge of Eternity". I have enjoyed following the families from just before World War I 'till the end of the last century.

I've not yet started reading the third book.. it's on my list. I did rather enjoy the first two books quite a bit.

I'm making my way through Iain Banks' culture series again. For SF fans these are a must read.

Bertrand Russell's History of Western Philosophy. Well, my internet connection was down. If you want the endless a priori post priori gobbledebook in Kant explained, he's your man. Good on Thomas Kempis and the medieval period too.

Gone by Mo Hayder. A very good police procedural so far.
Whoa...I just found a chilling promotion video for the novel: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lBYGYvt9Mjs"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lBYGYvt9Mjs[/ame] Last edited by Toccata; 11-24-2014 at 03:41 AM. |
