Default HD tracks not showing art all the time in the porsche

I have a new Porsche with Burmester.
I started buying HD tracks music.
2 out of 5 show the album art, the other 3 don't and display a generic album cover with the style of music "alternative"

Porsche dealer is blaming the music file without digging into it.
HD tracks is blaming the Porsche.

Anyone know how I can look into the problem on my own?

Look at the files you imported or connected via USB or Bluetooth. Do the missing art files include the cover art file? Check the ones that do show the cover art, I am guessing they include the cover art file along with the music. Either that or the ones that show the art are MP3.

I just picked up a '17 Cayenne S eHybrid and the manual does not indicate that it will play HD files. (I don't have the Burmester) It will play FLAC but it also indicates there are other limitations. Myself, I just listen to the news in the vehicle./

The cover art is in the respective file folders.

You need a SD card which is easy to find for cheap. SD cards max out at 512 GB.

The 911 has a SD slot for your own music. I know it plays FLAC for sure. I don't know what the limitations are, but it sounds great with burmester. All HDTracks I purchased play with no noticeable problem other than the artwork inconsistency. I don't know if there is a max sample rate or anything, but it plays all 5 albums ok with me.

How do you do that? With your phone? Or can the Porsche PCM connect directly via PCM/SIM card?
