Backlight to logo on front came back inoperable. Manley sent me a light panel PCB. Installed it, powered up and still does not light up. I guess back to Chino, CA for a fix. The onboard phono stage on the C2300 served me well.

Bummer you have to send it off. It should be an easy and hopefully a speedy fix.

The C2300 is no slouch.

I am trying to be a patient consumer but I feel it should have come back to me 100% operable as the day I bought it...6 months ago. No Steelhead in the future for me. I am hoping EvaAnne is watching this thread, and Kevin Deal, too. 😡

Kevin.......I wouldn't be hoping they see this thread. Make sure they see this thread. Email them both the link and a brief explanation of your frustration and disappointment.

Threads like this influence more people than just their customers. It impacts buying decisions of future undecided customers.
