Default Norah Jones - 'Not to Late'

Was playing this LP the other night and when I pulled it out of the rack right next to it was another copy, unopened and in colored vinyl. I had totally forgotten twelve years ago that I had bought a second copy to put away as a 'what if this appreciates in value'.

Anybody else ?

Dave - I did one a bit worse, I bought a 45 RPM copy of Masterpieces by Ellington from Acoustic Sounds.....I took it out of the shipping box and put it on the shelf to be cleaned and there sat another copy......I didn't even remember that I had ordered one about a month earlier. That's a sign of buying too many records!

For a few years, I kept hunting high and low for Hell Freezes Over on LP there was nothing but bootlegs or overpriced ones.

One evening, I was clearing some boxes when I was moving and packed away inside was the one I had bought new but forgotten about. Tears of Joy

I found a unopened copy of the Police when I went to put away my new copy of the same album. sigh. My nephew will be thankful of my memory loss when I donate it to his newly started vinyl collection

Most colored vinyl I've tried generally sucks for play. I avoid it, but it may be valuable to completists.

I agree Tima. I stick to black or clear vinyl.
