Advice wanted: new Marantz 8802A or a 4 year old Anthem D2v?

Kal - I'm also looking at the Marantz (v the Anthem AVM 60 and Yamaha CX-5100) but been told by a dealer in Australia that the Marantz units have suffered in high humidity climates which is what we live in. Do you or anyone else have any knowledge of this?

I live near equator. Hot and humid. My Marantz AV8003 doesn't seem to have problem for 7 years before I sold it.
Now AV8802a works just fine, but time will tell.
