They sounded great, though. Some really nice systems playing this year. I especially liked one of Quintessence's rooms- Pass class A mono blocks with Magico S3's

Agreed. The Aida was sounding stunningly real bi-amped with the ARC solid state amps. I was impressed.

Can't wait to check them out tomorrow. I saw a pair in Az earlier this year and they are massive!

I have to agree. They looked surreal in the room and the room was big, right off the elevator. I'm 6'3" and walked up to them to see the rear drivers which were a tweeter and midrange and they were as tall as me. |
