Had the fantastic M1.2s driving a pair of Guarneri Mementos, then Sophia 2s then Sashas. Tried the LL2D, McIntosh C500, Ayre KX-R as well. The LL2D had the strongest, most hypnotic and intoxicating synergy. I guess that is not really a surprise that Lamm on Lamm won.

I remember the day I got the Lamm gear delivered. It was a very special day.

I actually didn't think the Lamm and Sonus Faber were very synergistic. I preferred the McIntosh MC501 amps with them. I did find the Sophia 2 and Sasha combination superb with Lamm though.

In this pic I had the Ayre KX-R with Lamm M1.2s. Very impressive combo as well but like I mentioned, I did prefer the LL2D long term for musicality and overall synergy with the M1.2s.

Based on what I'm hearing from you, its seems that I'm on the right track. And you've been consistently using transparent cabling throughout, right?

Lamm+Transparent is a winning combo, I would imagine with most speakers that would be synergistic with Lamm.
