Still waiting for mine. Ordered on 6/29, shipped on 7/2 and just received an update from FedEx that the delivery has been delayed from today until Tuesday 7/10. Can't wait to get!

As nice as the 205 is for money, it is noticeably bested sonically playing music disks by my MCD550. In all fairness, the 550 is about 4x the $ and a dedicated CD/SACD player.

All in all, a very happy purchase.

I’d be happy to take the 205 off your hands [emoji6]

I have a feeling I signed up with Oppo about interest in a 205 a bit late

Thank you for the offer, but I'm afraid that I have no interest in selling my new 205. It was purchased primarily for the purpose of obtaining improved and updated capabilities in playing DVDs and Blu-rays plus other very desirable attributes in the digital realm. In this, the UDP-205 is superb. Hope that you can snag one. Given its performance and cost/benefit ratio, it is very much worth the money.

Oppo has always been the model on how to do firmware upgrades.
