Marques De Riscal 2011. Delicious........... with lamb chops, roasted potatoes & asparagus. One of some excellent Rioja wines we've been trying since our return from Spain (wife liked it so much she spent the last week in Barcelona).

A "French 75"

- 5 oz champagne

- 2 oz gin

- 1/2 oz lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon sugar

Mix in a shaker with ice. Serve with ice. Delicious.
