Sounds to me that with 42 tubes you are looking for a cool running "summer" amp?

We seldom have days where the heat our tubes add to the living room isn't welcomed enthusiastically.

I had a PL Dialogue Premium HP a few years ago. It started me on this journey into financial ruin, as I was quite happy with my Yamaha surround sound receiver until I heard it. Things just got out of hand from there, but it is the one piece I wish I had never sold. I am certain that some day I will have another one for a second system. Simply an amazing piece for the money!

Haha Rob, I can see what you mean.
I started with a Harman Kardon receiver and a little JBL 5.1 system...

PHC1, would you say it is your best sounding headphone amp? I've been dying to hear it for years. I even offered to fly out to hear a demo but Kevin Deal was completely unresponsive to emails.
