Has several of their preamps, power amps (both the 150 & 300) and recently finished the refurb on a Crown reel-to-reel. Seems to me he may also have a couple of other pieces, but he probably has 40-50 pieces of vintage gear and a dozen sets of speakers, so is difficult to keep it straight.

It would be good to see that set of Crown all back together.

I did put together most of the tube system I was discussing when I bought the Crown. I have two MC275 VIs. I just never added the C2500 or C50. I'm still using the C45 with the TM-1 module for FM. If I do decide to move to a different pre amp, I will probably add the MR88 tuner.

I'm having trouble parting with the C45. It was such an odd duck, but I like having the potential for two 5.1 inputs. Someday, I may just add a D150 to this system.

Dan's lucky. When my wife and I returned to the room holding the Crown, I said I should see if Dan wants it. She agreed, then looked at it and said it sure was a nice looking tuner. Still, she thought it deserved a home where it would be used.

I knew with Dan it would find a loving home.
