Wireworld Warranty and Service
Too often people only post negative experiences online. It's only fair that positive experiences get posted as well.
I had a 2 meter Silver Eclipse mini (patch cord) suddenly fail in the right channel. I checked continuity just to be sure and the channel was disconnected. I called the dealer I purchased it from (in used condition), and asked if it was covered by a warranty. They said they would send an email with an RA number for sending the cable back to Wireworld for service. A week after Wireworld received my cable a package from Wireworld showed up at my door. They sent what must be a brand new 2 meter Silver Eclipse mini. My old cable didn't have any identifiable damage to set it apart; but this cable came packaged in a Wireworld zip close case, so it must be new. Thank you Wireworld!! Galen

I, too, have had great warranty service from Sara and David. Very fast turnaround.
They make it an easy recommendation - across the board.
