I was able to auditioned the 803'D3 again, this time the source is from the MCD550 CD player power by a pair of 601's. This time around with seamless intergration, the high's, mids and the lows sounds terrific. This is a very dynamic sounding loudspeaker. Overall I like the way it sounds now. I believed the speakers have broken in since the last time I was there. I will be saving up and most likely going to order the 803's in white as soon they becomes available.
