Thats very hard to answer. My Crown amps had to have a total rebuild every 10 years. My Mac tube amps , 7 of them only need 1 cap over 20 years besides tubes. My 2505 is still working perfectly after 48 years. The 206 and 207's are still performing like new after 12 and 10 years respectively. A friend has a one of my 2100's and it needed output and driver transistors after 30 years. My former 2200's are going strong. It seemed like my Fisher and Scott stuff was in the shop every couple of years. I don't know what happened to my matched pairs of 275's and 240's. The MC 60's were going strong after 12 years when I sold them.

When Charlie Randall was once asked how long a McIntosh amplifier lasts, he said, (to paraphrase) "We have no idea. Some of the first amplifiers Mc ever produced (1949) are still in use to this day."

The right channel main cap on my 2008 MA7000 catastrophically failed at 10.5 years. No indication of an issue until it failed. Fluke, maybe. But it made a mess all over the circuit boards which required tedious cleaning.
