I bet they sound wonderful on the M-pro. They don't make such massive all-out class A anymore.
(may be Gryphon excepted).

I presume you are the 50th owner of M Pros 👍😆

Congratulations and happy listenings.

Thanks #95, Yardbird and Ritmo

My pair is actually nr 49 & 50. It was some delay with the delivery, but better late than never

I put a set of Stillpoints Ultra 5 under my M Project. The Stillpoints really take the speaker to another level. Although expensive, it is just a fraction of the speaker price. The improvement is not a fraction.

TLi,

I've heard from some Magico dealers, although not directly from Magico, that they don't believe third party footers improve the performance of their speakers. Your experience suggests otherwise. Curious what feedback you had, if any, on the use of the Stillpoints from Magico or your dealer?

Listening is believing. We have a local audiophile group. Every member who came to listen the sound with and without Stillpoints agreed the improvement was obvious. I heard Magico designer doesn't like to float a basically push-pull machine. My experience is quite different.

Installing Stillpoints footers is completely reversible, I had tried once or twice with and without and gave up swapping all together. The sound is much better with Stillpoints. I have yet to come across someone who doesn't like Stillpoints, except maybe doesn't like the price.

I don’t like them, and I am not alone on this. They may work well on some products, but not on Magico loudspeakers, certainly not under my MPro. The sound lost its pinpoint localization, the bass had become loose and ill define, the soundstage became defuse and fuzzy. In some setups, that may be a desirable effect, but I am happy to report that in my setup, what I hear follow the laws of physics (yes, for maximum efficiency, a push-pull system should be coupled).
