Serge.......Well, I got to hand it to him, in just under 16 minutes Louis Rosenberg managed to plug his book Upgrade, as well as promote his private company Unanimous AI in a TED presentation. Beyond that, all I can say is good luck getting individual human beings with free will to embrace and participate in group think on a mass scale sufficiently large enough to generate world changes. The one world mindset doesn't sit well with me.

I haven't watched it yet but from Dan's description of it I'd say:

Never happen. That would be so far in the future, if ever, that the planet is more likely to be "nuked" to death before that happens, IMO.
