I did the same thing with the 2301's when I had to change their voltage from 220 to 240V.
I was proud of myself because I'm more serious on my gym now and my back did not hurt !

To those with back and neck problems: practice yoga with a good, knowledgeable teacher. It DOES help!

Exercise and diet also do wonders.

I suffered 2 herniated disks, 2 bulging disks, and a pinched nerve in my neck along with a frozen shoulder in late 07. 2 years later, I'm 95% of what I was before my injury. In fact, I'm stronger now than pre-injury, I just need to be a little more careful with certain movements, that's all.

One of the main reasons that I sold my 402 was that I COULD NOT safely move it by myself.

501's I could... 402 was just a little much.

The LSA is lighter, the iPOD is much lighter and portable
